Corrections Policy

Our commitment to accuracy.

PepStack is committed to rigorous accuracy and transparency. Because clinical research and peptide science evolve continuously, we rely on a structured process to maintain the integrity of our database.

How to Report an Error

If you find an error, please email us at corrections@pepstack.health.

Error Classification

  • Factual Errors: Incorrect dosages, missing contraindications, or misrepresented study outcomes.
  • Outdated Sources: Clinical trials or studies that have been superseded by newer, higher-quality evidence.
  • Broken Citations: Dead PubMed links, incorrect DOIs, or unresolvable references.
  • Copy/Formatting Errors: Typos, structural issues, or readability concerns.

Review Process

All reported errors are triaged by severity. Before any change is published, the correction is independently verified against primary sources (such as PubMed, clinical trial registries, or FDA/EMA databases).

Timeline

  • Critical Safety Errors: Corrected within 24 hours. This includes incorrect contraindications, dosing errors, or missed severe adverse events.
  • Other Errors: Factual updates, citation fixes, and formatting corrections are typically resolved within 1 week.
